Counselling and Psychotherapy is the backbone of all services provided by Wellness Curators.
We offer counselling and Psychotherapy to all individuals between the age range of 18-55 years.
We also organize group interventions in the form of support groups and workshops in the area of
Stress Reduction, Mindfulness, Enhancing Wellbeing levels in any one of the 7 Dimensions of Wellness.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Ms. Shruti Verma is a registered, level 3 practitioner with association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors (Singapore). She has over 8 years of experience of working with individuals and organizations in the area of Mental Health and Wellness. She believes “Wellness is a state of complete harmony of the mind, body and spirit.” She assists her clients on their path to holistic wellness through a person – centred approach to Counselling. In her journey as a consulting psychotherapist, Shruti continues to work with schools, charities and private organizations both in India and Singapore.
