Wellness Curators is a movement that strives towards building a community of individuals committed to Holistic Wellness. Life is a journey with many ups and downs. And with every life transition comes life adjustments. While human beings are the most adaptive species, facilitation and support can ensure a smooth sailing journey. Through the different phases, one may encounter low moods, demotivation or resistance to changes.

Counselling and Psychotherapy in combination with experiential modalities such as Arts Therapy, Mindfulness, Naturopathy and Yoga can help restore balance & strength.

COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY

Counselling and Psychotherapy is the backbone of all services provided by Wellness Curators.
We offer counselling and Psychotherapy to all individuals between the age range of 18-55 years.
We also organize group interventions in the form of support groups and workshops in the area of
Stress Reduction, Mindfulness, Enhancing Wellbeing levels in any one of the 7 Dimensions of Wellness.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Ms. Shruti Verma is a registered, level 3 practitioner with association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors (Singapore). She has over 8 years of experience of working with individuals and organizations in the area of Mental Health and Wellness. She believes “Wellness is a state of complete harmony of the mind, body and spirit.” She assists her clients on their path to holistic wellness through a person – centred approach to Counselling. In her journey as a consulting psychotherapist, Shruti continues to work with schools, charities and private organizations both in India and Singapore.
